Singapore - a flat shipping fee of $3 will be charged for every order.

ORDER PREPARATION

Except for pre-orders, all other items will be packed and ready for shipping within 2-3 working days from time of order placed.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow 2-4 working days for your purchase to be delivered. Deliveries might take longer during festive seasons.

We are committed to engaging local couriers that do not have a reputation for missing parcels and long delays.

Please note that parcels sent via Singpost will be delivered to your letterbox if the size fits. 

SELF-COLLECTION

We do not provide self-collection service. Please place your order early to avoid disappointment.

Return/Exchange

EXCHANGE

Exchanges can only be made for defective products. Please send an email to team@open8.gifts, with order number and an attached photo of defective product, within 5 days from date of delivery.

Exchanges will be communicate through email. A refund will be processed if the defective product is out of stock.
